How to Deal with Stress and Worry in Tough Times

You may have to take action to ease your worry. If you are very anxious you may not be able to function or get sleep.

Therefore meditation or listening to uplifting music as you work through your life challenges may also help you. In these tough economic times there may be a lot to worry about but I feel prayer, meditation, and listening to positive vibes like music and instruction can help you through it.
